The Platform Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and ongoing health of our strategic partnerships with key platforms such as TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, and others. This role is responsible for managing the technical interactions between Rockerbox and these partners, overseeing the health and documentation of our integrations. The Platform Operations Manager ensures that our integrations are robust, well-documented, and continue to meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical communications between Rockerbox and our strategic partners, including TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and Reddit.

  • Evaluate the ongoing health of our integrations with strategic partners, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring they continue to meet our standards.

  • Handle technical discussions with potential strategic partners and oversee the development and documentation of new integrations.

  • Lead the creation of documentation for all integrations, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners have the information they need to work effectively with Rockerbox.

  • Provide training and education to partners on technical aspects of our integrations when needed, ensuring they are equipped to support mutual clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, platform operations, or a similar role within the SaaS, marketing, or ad-tech industries.

  • Strong understanding of platform integrations, with a proven ability to manage and optimize technical partnerships.

  • Experience with documenting technical processes and integrations, ensuring clarity and usability for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage external relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
