About the role
We are seeking a proactive and social media-savvy Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing social media conversations across various platforms and identifying opportunities to engage with potential customers and promote our brand. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to represent our company professionally in online spaces. A passion for peptide therapy or eagerness to learn about its applications is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit social media conversations on platforms including Reddit, Quora, Facebook communities, and Instagram threads.
Identify relevant discussions and opportunities to showcase our company's products or services.
Engage in conversations and provide valuable insights, positioning our brand as an industry expert.
Create and maintain a database of potential engagement opportunities across different platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement in online communities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Track and report on the impact of community engagement efforts.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in social media management or community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Reddit, Quora, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong understanding of social media etiquette and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics tools.
Nice to have
Passion for peptide therapy or a strong eagerness to learn about its applications and benefits
Ability to quickly grasp complex scientific concepts related to peptide therapy and communicate them effectively to a general audience.
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in peptide therapy and related fields.

Location
Power Peptides operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
