Description

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role

We are hiring a Clinical Quality Associate (CQA) to be  a key member of our Clinical Quality team. This role partners closely with internal teams, offering subject matter expertise both internally and externally to providers and patients regarding clinical care and quality concerns. CQAs are licensed clinicians responsible for resolving questions, concerns, and complaints/grievances related to receiving and delivering care at Rula, ensuring that we meet the needs of our users in a timely manner while providing accurate clinical information. In daily interactions with Rulans, providers, and patients, this role will offer a broad knowledge base of clinical documentation, CPT codes in outpatient settings, licensing regulations, and the code of ethics for all behavioral health professions. This role is perfect for an individual looking to apply their problem solving skills in addressing complex questions while leveraging their clinical knowledge.

Our versatile Clinical & Quality team’s expertise is highly trusted and valued by our network of over 10,000 providers, patients, and internal Rula team members. Confidence in one’s clinical skills, ethical practice-based decision-making, and experience as a provider all come into play when we work together. We are impact driven, work quickly, efficiently, and effectively, and collaborate with multiple teams across our organization. We respect one another, know how to delegate based on strengths, and are always coming up with new ideas and possibilities to strengthen our system of care!
