About the Role
We’re looking for someone who excels equally at relationship management and process delivery / improvement. This person should be comfortable speaking with and presenting to multiple audience types at key strategic accounts, but should equally enjoy working through detailed processes and process improvement plans, navigating the organization internally, and leading teams (direct reports and cross-functionally). This individual should be highly organized and able to navigate complexity to get things done.
Required Qualifications
8+ years working with external partners in account management, account delivery, or solutions consultant roles
Excellent executive presence and communication skills. Past experience communicating with external customers and executive stakeholders. “Think on your feet”.
Knowledge of process design and implementation
Organizational skills; ability to project manage priorities across multiple accounts
Ability to gather “customer requirements” and synthesize them for internal audiences.
