Description

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role

Join Rula as our Director of GTM Operations and drive impactful change in mental healthcare. With 1 in 5 people suffering from a mental health issue and fewer than 50% receiving the help they need, we need someone passionate and strategic to ensure our partnerships-driven patient demand is running efficiently and scaling rapidly.

As the Director of GTM Operations, you'll be at the heart of transforming insights into strategic projects that drive our growth. You’ll design sales incentives, optimize sales processes, and create a seamless handoff between marketing, sales, and post-sales teams. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our GTM operations, aligning supply with demand, and helping inform critical operating outcomes that will influence the trajectory of our business.

The ideal candidate is an expert who has built operations for a hypergrowth sales organization and knows how to scale efficiently while maintaining excellence. If you're someone who thrives in ambiguity, is excited about creating clarity from chaos, and is motivated by the opportunity to directly impact a rapidly growing business in its early stages, this is the role for you.
