About the Role
Join us as an Engineering Manager to inspire the Scheduling team, connecting Patients with Providers to ensure timely care by simplifying appointment management. With a focus on diversity and innovation, you'll build and empower a skilled team while collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders across application and infrastructure teams. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
9+ years of professional engineering experience. At least 6 years of full time IC work and at least 3 years of hands-on people management experience.
Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth thereby demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Demonstrable project management experience including breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.
Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with 3rd party integrations.
