About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Associate to support Rula’s Provider Sales team by streamlining operational processes and delivering actionable, data-driven insights. In this role, you will refine reporting frameworks, uncover insights that increase conversion rates and drive sustainable growth, and ensure our technology stack adapts to the evolving needs of our internal Sales teams. The ideal candidate would bring a strong system-oriented and technical background and an analytical and strategic mindset, including having previously demonstrated driving process efficiency and improving outcomes. This role will be instrumental in advancing our sales operations, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment in a fast-paced, innovative company.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles
Hands-on experience in building and optimizing Salesforce, including dashboards, layouts, and flows
Experience working with engineering teams to enhance Salesforce functionality and other related sales tech stack
Proven ability to work both autonomously and in group settings to manage projects from ambiguity to execution
Proficiency in data analysis and Google Sheets/Excel for analyzing acquisition-related metrics and generating insights

Experience in high-growth/healthcare/healthcare technology startups
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma)
SQL experience
Hands-on experience building and optimizing sales tech stacks (e.g.. Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper)
Experience in administering sales compensation plans
