About the Role
We are seeking a VP of Broker and Consultant Channel with demonstrated commercial healthcare experience to build the strategic broker/consultant channel from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build an org from the ground up while being a player-coach. This role will build one of the most influential channels at Rula, helping to drive demand, build strategic channel partnerships, design and implement a strategic vision, and help to organize and tier brokers and consultants to ensure the most effective ROI for growth. You’ll shape our reputation with the country's largest brokerage and consulting firms.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry experience working at a health plan or brokerage/consulting firm (in-house knowledge)
Extensive knowledge of navigating and working within the complexities of the healthcare industry, ensuring a high degree of collaboration across stakeholders (internally & externally)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
1st hand experience managing a P&L
Understanding of the employer buying criteria for healthcare purchasing decisions (i.e benefit offerings and budgets)
Experience designing, implementing, and directing strategic initiative(s) that help to drive profitable growth
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to distill complex situations for stakeholders
10+ years of experience building and managing teams
