We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to join our remote team, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
As a QA Tester, you will collaborate with our Web development team to test and validate our web applications and projects. You will play a critical role in identifying bugs, performing functional, regression and automated tests, and ensuring the overall quality of the product. Your work will ensure that our applications run smoothly across different browsers and platforms, delivering an optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and document test plans, cases, and scripts for web applications developed using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, log, and track bugs and issues through the development cycle.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to improve testing processes and product quality.
- Conduct regression, functional, and exploratory testing.
- Ensure applications work across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test results and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of automated testing frameworks and scripts for efficient testing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Tester, preferably with web-based applications.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript-based projects.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of various testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai).
