Position Description:
We are looking for a part-time, freelance graphic designer to aid in asset production for our small, but agile marketing team. The focus of this role will shift as our needs do. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys when every work day is different. Weโd like someone who is comfortable designing for different mediums: web and landing page design, print design, social media design, formatting digital content, designing large-scale banners, formatting event collateral, designing icons, graphics, and textures, etc. Experience with HTML/CSS and web building is a huge plus. While the requirements for this role may change, we want to highlight that expertise in web/landing page design and development, as well as website maintenance, will be highly valuable.
We are targeting 10-15 hours of work per week.

- You have experience working within brand guidelines and are able to create new graphical assets within a brand umbrella
- You value communication and collaboration within your design process
- You keep up to date with new design trends across the industry
- You design with a target audience/mission in mind
- Highly proficient in the Adobe creative suite: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Web design experience required. Experience with Figma is a huge plus
- Basic CSS/HTML coding experience a plus
