Using the latest AI technology, Bizzen serves as the operating system for home service small businesses, streamlining communication, generating estimates, managing invoices, and providing actionable insights about customers and leads. We let business owners focus on their craft while we help them close more deals and get paid faster—all from their phone while on the go. We're seeking an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our growing team and take ownership of building out our APIs and AI agents. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architecture to support AI automation-driven workflows.Build efficient, reusable, and secure APIs (RESTful) to integrate frontend applications and AI-driven services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers and AI/ML experts, to implement server-driven logic.Champion backend development best practices, including CI/CD, logging, and monitoring.Stay ahead of backend technology trends to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues to maintain reliable and performant systems.
