Recruitics, a leader in recruitment marketing innovation, is seeking a talented AI Engineer to contribute to our AI initiatives and help develop innovative automation systems. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, along with proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Langchain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent. Your role will involve enhancing our bidding algorithms and supporting Recruitics' AI strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to enhance our recruitment marketing platform.
- Assist in creating automation systems that streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and ML models.
- Gain AI/ML Ops knowledge.
- Improve our bidding algorithms through predictive modeling and deep learning techniques.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements, integrating them into our platform.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our AI systems.
Who You Are:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a portfolio showcasing successful AI projects.
- Familiarity with the latest LLM technologies, fine-tuning, and understanding of the transformer architecture.
- You are proficient in Python and have experience with AI frameworks, such as Langchain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
- You have a solid understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and deep learning architectures.
- You have experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and are comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- You possess strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- You're a good communicator and team player, capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
