Your Team: You will join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team, dedicated to helping the Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions make data-driven decisions and drive growth. The BI team acts as a key advisor for structuring and leveraging data throughout the organization.
Your Role: Seesaw is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team part-time (30 hrs/week). In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy by building strong relationships with stakeholders and addressing challenges with data-driven solutions. You will deliver valuable insights by analyzing data and synthesizing this information into consumable reports and actionable insights. Your Responsibilities:
- Work directly with and serve as a liaison between data, product, customer success, sales, and marketing teams.
- Conduct exploratory data analyses to answer business questions.
- Support product and go-to-market teams in running in-depth analyses.
- Generate regular ad-hoc data querying, reporting and data deep dives.
- Implement updates and improvements to existing Tableau dashboards, incorporating feedback and evolving requirements.
- Develop new Tableau dashboards by collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, relevance and consistency in reports and dashboards.
Your Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or other related fields.
- Strong SQL skills. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience working with Tableau and building dashboards for reporting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to concisely present data and communicate to stakeholders across various teams and levels.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a start-up environment.
Compensation:
Our compensation ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our compensation ranges based on these factors.
The hourly rate for this position is $40-$60
