What you will be doing:
As part of the Recruiting team at Semperis, you will be focused on hiring top technical talent globally. Key locations being US, Canada, Israel and more.
You will serve as a point of contact for hiring managers, and have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will drive sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with recruiting team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a tight timeline.
Partner with hiring managers and Director, Global Recruiting to execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing for Semperis Technical Job Openings
Attract applicants using both passive and active recruiting methods
Work closely with hiring managers to elicit job requirements and design the candidate profile for each opening
You will run the full-cycle process, focusing on high priority, highly specific engineering and other technical roles.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, active outreach and on-going relationship management.
What you will bring to the table:
Minimum 3+ years experience recruiting for talent such as Software Development Engineers, Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, QA Engineers and more
Possess strong ability to acquire a good understanding of the technical requirements for the roles and ability to identify relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and conducting in depth interviews to assess candidates.
Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage variable volume
Experience running full life-cycle recruiting for engineering/tech functions
Have new and creative ideas for finding candidates, works well with hiring managers on complicated roles, and is resourceful on recruiting tools
Experience using online sourcing techniques
Social media sourcing knowledge – LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, GitHub, etc.
