Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Solution Consulting Leader who is a customer facing domain expert, who drives innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills. This role is for a Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting Leader that is well versed in architecting custom solutions to address business problems on the Now Platform (or similar platforms), low-code app dev tools/technologies combined with hands-on SAP/and or Oracle ERP knowledge as well as the associated technologies in this area (BTP, ECC, S/4 HANA, Ariba, Coupa)
As a leader of this Global Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Sales. You will have to hire, manage and scale a team of presales solution consultant experts across 4 geographies (AMS, EMEA, APAC and JAPAN). This leader will manage a team that drives engagements for our low-code app dev App Engine for ERP modernization products (SAP, Oracle, etc.) with the support and partnership of Sales, Channel Partners, Product Management, and the executive management team. This manager's role will be to recruit and lead hands-on technical consultants that will need to go deep and wide on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.
Enhancing ERP Processes in multiple lines of business (finance, procurement, IT, risk) via the ServiceNow Platform with our low-code App Engine is a rapidly growing focus area for ServiceNow. As the leader of this new product introduction team, you will have an opportunity to drive one of the next growth engines for the company.

In this role you will lead and build a growing team of highly motivated Solution Consultants that will partner with you to drive innovative scenarios in a high growth and dynamic environment.
What you get to do in this role:
- Partner with the Global ERP Transformation Creator Workflows Specialist of Specialists Sales, to co-develop a go-to-market model to build a billion-dollar line of business
- Recruit a team of specialists and specialist leaders to drive the Low Code App Engine for ERP product (and as a strategic application development platform to drive business productivity and innovation.
- Manage and build out a team of solution consultants building / developing scenarios to demonstrate the power of combining ERP with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Manage a team of Solution Consultants support product sales as a technical and domain ERP Modernization expert in a client-facing pre-sales team
- Build a global specialist team to serve our customers in AMS, EMEA, and APJ
- Define programs for enabling the field sales and solution consulting teams to drive App Engine for ERP sales, adoption, and value proposition
- Help develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on App Engine for ERP
- Partner with our Global Alliance and Channel organization to build a sell-to, sell and sell through models
- Partner with the General Manager and Product leads of the App Engine for ERP business unit to build out a successful roadmap for the next 5 years
- Align as a trusted advisor and strategic team member to both sales and company executives in order to understand market conditions, customer requirements, and challenges, and assist in strategically planning GTM, solution capabilities, and strategic partnerships
- Influence and drive the right value model around pricing and packaging
- Establish trusted relationships with product management, marketing, global sales leadership, professional services, and global alliance and channel leaders
- Strong leadership presence & track record of consistent quota attainment & over achievement
- Develop clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key ServiceNow sales, marketing, and business unit leaders to achieve revenue goals. Define key milestones and progress tracking metrics & drive associated operating rigor to ‘inspect what we expect’
- Build strong relationships with executive leaders in both our customers and partners
- Drive a customer success focus and a win as a team culture
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- A complete and thorough understanding of the needs and challenges facing today’s organizations leveraging ERP Systems for operations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- 7+ years of Solution Consulting experience working with ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle) or comparable experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
- A good understanding of SAP specific data models and integration capabilities
- Working knowledge of SAP Build and SAP BTP preferred
- Extensive pre-sales leadership experience: recruiting and developing high performance teams selling into the customer service domain
- Has a strong drive for results and ability to collaborate and influence in a “Win as a team” environment
- Strong people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others to their highest potential
- Proven leadership skills inspiring people and building a business from start up to scale
- Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Excellent interpersonal skills communicating and collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product development.
- The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
- A passion evangelizing our capabilities and success on social media and other outlets to build brand preference and recognition
- A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth
- A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel 50% of the time
- International experience a plus
