What you will be doing:
Completing customer compliance questionnairesContract negotiations with customersReview & approval of supplier contractsMaintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeepingMaintenance and development of our privacy programEnsuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations
What we will love about you:
You are fluent in English and German, and French or Italian is a plusYou are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQEYou have deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or AustriaYou have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented wayRigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanationsYou are a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyersAs a strong analytical thinker, you thrive understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements

Onboarding goals/ Milestones:
1 month:
You have completed our general onboarding and can orient yourself in the company.You understand the design and content of our customer contracts.You have a basic understanding of the regulatory requirements that apply to us and our customers.You understand our requirements to supplier contracts.
3 months:
You have conducted your first contract review and have participated in a negotiation with a customer.You have successfully executed your first corporate housekeeping project.You are autonomously reviewing and approving supplier contractsYou have successfully completed your first customer compliance questionnaire.
6 months:
You are independently partnering with Sales and Customer Success to close customer contracts.You have reviewed and improved some of our compliance programs.You are proactively supporting our business stakeholders from the business unit or group with corporate admin topics.
