The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Tech Lead Manager (TLM) to lead the charge in utilizing AI/ML for product development. This role empowers marketers with tools to create campaigns, audiences, and user journeys while seamlessly syncing data across platforms. Your mission will be to harness the transformative power of generative AI to elevate our products, making them more intuitive, predictive, and effective. You will be using your people management, technical leadership, and strategic thinking skills to guide a team of talented engineers, helping them grow in their careers while delivering AI-powered features that create real value for our customers.
What You’ll Do
Lead Innovation in AI
You will lead engineers in designing and deploying sophisticated generative AI models that not only enhance our core product but set new benchmarks in the industry. Your work will directly influence the scalability and effectiveness of our customer data platform, implementing generative AI models that enhance data composability and customer engagement.
Strategic Execution
Align team priorities with company objectives to ensure that LLM initiatives have a meaningful business impact.
Promote technical excellence, best practices, and scalability across projects.
Continuously assess the performance of AI-driven features and implement improvements based on feedback.
Lead and Develop Your Team
Manage a high-performing engineering team through hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that supports growth, learning, and innovation.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, providing clear feedback and career development plans.
Empower Skill Development
Identify and provide growth opportunities for team members, helping them advance their technical and leadership skills.
Encourage knowledge sharing within the team to stay ahead in AI and software development trends.
Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in people leadership with direct reports (e.g., Technical Lead Manager or Tech Lead with experience in growing others’ careers).
Strong technical expertise in Python and data systems (Snowflake experience is a plus).
5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and their application to customer-facing products.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
A passion for fostering growth and development within your team while delivering impactful technical solutions.

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $150,000 to $200,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
