We are currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter to join our internal HR team. In this role, you will take charge of the recruitment process for corporate positions, working closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will help us attract the right talent that aligns with our organizational culture and values.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates via various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment software to track candidates and streamline the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Sizanid HR as an employer of choice.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time to hire, cost per hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful hires in various corporate roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
