Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe audio recordings and handwritten notes into digital documents.
  • Type and format documents according to company guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit typed documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a typist, transcriptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum [specify WPM requirement]).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
