About the role:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Lead Recruiter with a strong focus on filling high volume sales roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting of high-caliber sales talent. You will play a crucial role in helping SmartAsset meet its goals by ensuring that the right talent is in place. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, sourcing candidates, and leading them through our recruitment process. Your expertise will help us build a diverse and dynamic team that reflects our values and vision.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates.
- Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience by managing the recruitment process with transparency, empathy, and professionalism.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company’s values.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and report on hiring progress to senior management.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to ensure a broad and diverse pool of candidates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of sales recruiting experience, with a strong track record of successful placements. Experience in the fintech or tech industry is a plus.
- Skills: Expertise in various sourcing techniques, interviewing strategies, and candidate assessment methods. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience. Passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
