ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an XDR to help us continue on the path to logarithmic growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Working with prospects to understand their business challenges
Qualifying and setting up meetings between prospective customers and sales executives
Prospecting and cold-calling firms as well as re-engage past prospects
Keeping CRM (Hubspot) up to date with all executed and planned activities
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to establish ways to improve our sales strategy
Multi-channel engagement with prospects around the world at benchmark levels for our team
Reporting to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
THIS MIGHT BE YOU IF:
You're comfortable being part of a small but fast growing team
You're able to navigate the chaos of startup life and have the ability to independently distill the abstract and unknown into actionable steps forward
You thrive with the freedom to decide how you work best but discern trends and evaluate results to improve your own tactics

You have experience using CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
You are an exceptionally strong communicator and can function effectively within a distributed team
You maintain a high level of attention to detail

You have an interest in or previous experience with AI
You have a working knowledge of the legal industry and challenges that affect legal professionals
A history of success generating interest in a new product and its introduction to prospective customers
