Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced ML Team Lead to join our dedicated Data&AI team. You will have access to huge data sets and an opportunity to create innovative ML solutions at the global level.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists;
- Develop and deploy new machine learning algorithms;
- Analyze the performance of current ML solutions and identify opportunities to improve;
- Continuously improve delivery processes. This involves identifying bottlenecks, removing obstacles, and optimizing the team’s workflow;
- Provide technical leadership, helping to elevate the quality of work across the team;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share findings and guide product development.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 1 year in a team lead role;
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms and optimization methods;
- Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL;
- Understanding of Agile principles/experience as a Scrum Master;
- Working knowledge of how to put ML models into production from research to deployment.
