Spotify Advertising is looking for an experienced growth marketer to join the Emerging & Scaled Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading our growth marketing strategy as a part of our overarching goal of driving measurable revenue impact with medium sized advertisers. In this role, you’ll oversee our acquisition funnel and develop user flows and growth models to identify opportunities that feed into our acquisition strategy.

But you’re able to work in the weeds too, moving comfortably from strategy to execution to analysis. To succeed in this role you must have a strong grasp of and shown success using growth tactics, analytics and technical strategies to significantly grow site traffic, engagement, and conversions.
\n- Develop and optimize a comprehensive growth strategy to drive measurable revenue impact
- Oversee the acquisition funnel – including paid media – collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Product
- Build a customer journey strategy that uses our customer segmentation to connect paid media, landing pages, email, sales and other channels
- Own and manage ROAS, helping to define important metrics and targets to deliver against that improve our payback period
- Provide insights to inform creative strategy, the diversification of our creative assets needs, and the testing of creative in market
- Recommend new channels and platforms in key global markets to reach new segments
- Partner with Paid Media Manager, who drives the day-to-day paid media execution, testing, and campaign tracking
- Own the experimentation/learning agenda to identify opportunities to improve the funnel through optimization of our channels and audiences
- Synthesize user data and research to inform campaign concepts and decisions
- Set KPIs, track, and build reports on the efficiency of our growth funnel and show the impact on our business goals
- Partner with a cross-functional team of brand marketers, creatives, content experts, product marketing managers and engineers, as well as external agencies, to bring concepts to life
- 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing and marketing campaign management
- Experience with B2B, ad platforms, in-house media, or ecommerce preferred
- You’ve owned ROAS and converted traffic into users
- You have experience managing lead acquisition strategies across search, display, and video
- Proven experience in crafting multi-channel marketing campaigns that incorporate paid media and landing page optimizations
- Experimentation experience with a consistent track record of implementing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
- Confident in building insightful reports and presenting confidently to influence senior collaborators
- Open to constructive design feedback from team members at every level — able to iterate quickly and pivot if needed
- You are highly collaborative and have experience engaging with teams cross-functionally
- Demonstrated experience using analytics to find opportunities for optimization by category, audience, and critical metrics

The United States base range for this position is $116,941- $167,059 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
