We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join Spotify’s Productivity Engineering group, the team responsible for advancing the digital workplace at Spotify. Your work will touch every employee at Spotify, responsible for setting the direction of our enterprise network infrastructure. You will interact with people across our entire company: other engineering teams, as well as employees in Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Artist Relations, and more. It is an opportunity to create the best employee technology experience in the industry
\n- Be on top of new product and technology trends to advance the digital workspace: from collaboration tools and device management to IAM, ideally with a proven history in enterprise network infrastructure
- You will play a leading role in the full lifecycle of the network service. Helping the team secure, design, implement and operate the global hybrid network across multiple clouds alongside our best-in-class vendors to support Spotifiers distributed mobile workforce.
- Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics, galvanizing teams to follow you
- Balance needs around usability, productivity, security and scale to create optimal experiences for employees across 70+ countries.
- Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure healthy delivery – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth, as well as determining what we buy, what we build, and where we collaborate with technology providers to advance the state of tech.
- Ensure your team is doing the right things, while not being spread too thinly. A healthy balance of innovation, support and maintenance is key for successful teams at Spotify.
- 3+ years of product management experience, with 1+ years of experience within Network Operations
- You are an interdisciplinary thinker, skilled at blending different perspectives in pursuit of a mission.
- You are passionate about building exceptional experiences and understand what a phenomenal platform that meets these needs looks like.
- You have excellent leadership and relationship building skills.
- You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, engaging with your audience on a personal level.
- You have previous experience working with multiple vendors
- You are capable of working across a complex environment with multiple partners.
- You are good at sorting out ambiguity.
- You are structured and give close attention to details.
- You are persistent, rational and put facts above speculation.

The United States base range for this position is $112,298 - $160,425 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
