We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to join our EU team! Our Operations Specialist will develop and execute SEO-rich marketplace specific copy to increase traffic and rank across marketplaces like Amazon/eBay. - A strong understanding and passion for ecommerce
- Experience in writing product copy/descriptions
- An understanding of SEO

- Develop and execute SEO-rich marketplace specific copy to increase traffic and rank across marketplaces including Amazon/eBay.
- Drive content operations results (content built prior to arrival, content quality score, listing liveliness).
- Develop, communicate, and act on content performance data to influence our content strategy across multiple channels.
- Coordinate and improve the product data acquisition process, listing content validation and optimization across all tools within the listing process.
- Engage with cross departmental teams to understand what’s working, what can be improved and drive improved listing error & suppression rates.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
