- Responsible for building empowered teams with the passion and engagement to drive towards business outcomes.
- Act as a servant leader to ensure engineers have the insights, tools, and support to execute effectively.
- We are a fully remote department, as an engineering manager you are responsible to ensure the team is engaged and present while at work.
- Visualize teams out of office to ensure organization transparency.
- Ownership of LTR metrics and ensuring engineers understand the expectations as well as the why behind them.
- 10+ years experience in an engineering or product role, building solutions from the ground up that support major business functions .
- Experience being immersed in engineering, product, and design functions, understanding the various processes.
- Negotiation skills necessary for management of external vendors.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to inspire colleagues.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and measures.
