The Role
We’re seeking a founding Lead SDR for our enterprise market to join our dynamic sales team. The Lead SDR will be pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline. As an Senior/Lead SDR, you’ll conduct outreach, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships with potential customers while helping the rest of the SDR team as a mentor.
\n- Conduct research on persona and accounts level to initiate conversations with the ideal buyer personas within identified customer profiles in North America.
- Generate curiosity & interest in Sprinto through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social touches daily.
- Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and identifying pain points that our solution can address.
- Set up preliminary meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition & benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of lead interactions and data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with your AE to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless lead hand-off process.
- Stay updated on the industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to tailor outreach messages effectively.
- Achieve weekly/monthly quota for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
- Attend industry events as required
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment for at least 4 to 8 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and through written communication.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks & prospects.
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques
- Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
- Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
