Description
Stacker is seeking a Senior Director of Accounts to work directly with our largest commercial partners. As a team lead, you’ll report directly into our VP of accounts and oversee 2-4 account managers that will be responsible for Enterprise customers using our content studio and syndication products. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maintain and grow relationships with Stacker’s Fortune 500 partners, expanding our book of business with existing key accounts. While supporting customers, you’ll also be a leader on the revenue team and help drive implementation of better systems, tools, and playbooks as the organization scales. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional grasp of the digital marketing landscape, experience with strategic B2B account management, and an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
We’re seeking an experienced leader that’s passionate about account management and digital marketing, someone with the ability to execute on expanding customer accounts while mentoring and developing their team. This is a unique opportunity to join on the ground floor of a high growth business and have an integral impact on the success of the company. Role responsibilities include:
Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with enterprise brand needs and drive increased renewal and expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for brand partners, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges.
Lead a team of Account Managers to ensure we’re delivering excellent services to our partners
Work collaboratively with Sales, Newsroom, and Operations teams to ensure we’re successfully coordinating across partner campaigns
Maintain high service level and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and issues
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, improve retention, and drive growth

Requirements
10+ years of experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, or Account Management role; 2+ years of management experience preferably in high growth startups, adtech, or other tech-enabled companies
Advanced understanding of digital marketing, PR, content, SEO, and/or earned media strategies
Proven leadership track record growing existing enterprise customers through expansion and renewal
Talent for managing account relationships, navigating retention situations, and identifying red flags
Experience leading and developing a team of account managers; comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve customer outcomes
Proven track record successfully achieving book of business revenue targets
Highly organized and process-oriented operator with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong executive presence, proven ability to build relationships with senior external stakeholders
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in undefined environments
