Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and fully bilingual (English and Spanish) HR Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and enhancing employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns.
- Mediate workplace issues and support managers in conflict resolution.
- Promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee documentation processes.
- Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
