The Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of HR at the foundation, the HR & TA Coordinator will support recruitment scheduling, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle HR administration tasks, and potentially undertake Office coordination responsibilities at our new Athens office. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be hybrid out of our office in Athens, Greece.
What you’ll do:
Support the Senior Recruiter in scheduling interviews across different time zones, while providing an excellent candidate experience
Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, documentation administration
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and other databases
Office Duties: Serve as the central point of contact for office-related inquiries, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility management tasks, liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

What you’ll bring:
2+ years in an HR administrative role with a willingness to take on office management responsibilities (experience in office management a plus)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Keen interest in thriving and evolving within a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to problem solve in a timely manner under pressure
Energy, enthusiasm and critical thinking to do things better
Experience in working in high paced tech companies is nice to have
Self motivated & proactive
