Superside is looking for a highly-motivated and analytical Director of Account Based Marketing to develop the strategy and drive the execution of high-touch, hyper targeted and personalized ABM programs.


You’ll be responsible for ideating long-haul campaigns and determining the tactics to engage our target audiences at each point of their buying journey - and doing it in a way that stands out from the crowd. Superside is a creative brand and our ABM efforts should be infused with creativity and imagination to ensure our enterprise targets.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute full-funnel ABM and demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and accelerate sales across digital channels, including paid advertising, events, experiences, lifecycle marketing, and organic social
  • Partner with field, content, and product marketing teams to bring ABM strategies to life across all touch-points
  • Build and maintain an annual ABM/vertical plan aligned with top-line pipeline and revenue targets and built around the unique needs and expectations of our target industries and personas
  • Align with Marketing operations to build a comprehensive view of account intelligence and campaign performance against metrics, leveraging internal and external tools
  • Nurture a trusted relationship with the enterprise sales team by serving as the primary contact responsible for the pipeline driving marketing campaigns reaching their target accounts
  • Drive and accelerate marketing-driven pipeline based on Superside’s business goals
  • Work closely with the growth marketing and content teams to ensure campaign content and messaging are aligned against target audiences and business segments
  • Design and implement account-centric programs to grow customer usage of Superside by our prized enterprise customers such as Amazon, Meta, and Reddit
  • Establish a measurement and tracking framework by working with analytics stakeholders to create a KPI dashboard
  • Own reporting to cross-functional teams and leadership


What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Minimum Qualification 8 years in B2B marketing with expertise in acquisition marketing, field events, campaign management, and email marketing.
  • Minimum three years working in ABM in B2B 
  • Experience with leveraging digital intent signals, predictive models and ABM research/engagement tools.
  • Ability to join the dots between field campaign results, other ABM campaigns, customer insights and global programs and provide insights for sales.
  • Content Marketing execution experience 
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including email, digital, direct mail, and events 
  • Experience partnering with BDR and SDR Teams along with Account Executives to achieve target response and conversion rates 
  • Proven ability to scale 1: 1 experiences to a broader set of enterprise accounts without losing the high-touch white glove experience. 
  • Working knowledge of key sales milestones, metrics, and funnel performance rates 
  • Strong knowledge of the current and up-and-coming marketing tech landscape

  • Our ABM program is at its inception and requires someone who will own the “how” behind penetrating target enterprise accounts and delivering qualified sales opportunities.
  • Superside is invested in building and supporting our outbound sales motion and we’re committed to developing an impactful ABM program. You will have executive buy-in and commitment to doing ABM right.
  • Most exciting - you will have an outsized impact in this role, contributing directly to revenue growth and strategic account development while working with the company’s C-suite to execute.
