As a Recruiting Interviewer, you will be responsible for taking candidate calls in real-time to discuss salon-level career opportunities. In this role, you will be determining the position the candidate is interested in, asking questions, and documenting answers for the specific role.

This role is crucial to the candidate’s experience as it is the first touch point a candidate will have with a live person.

What does a day in the life of a Recruitment Interviewer look like?
  • Available to answer calls from interested candidates in real-time
  • Use Dynalink software to monitor personal status and availability
  • Engage with candidates via phone to determine the role they are best suited for
  • Add leads to Gr8 People (ATS) and submits to role-specific jobs
  • Disposition candidates in Gr8 People (ATS) and update status
  • Read from scripted summary and questions to engage with the candidate
  • Document answers via Gr8 People (ATS), follow up if necessary
  • Determine candidate availability for Technical Interview
  • Review Zenoti (Point of System (POS) to determine hiring manager availability for interview
  • Use Slack when necessary to communicate with hiring manager and/or recruiters/recruiting coordinators
  • Draft and send interview confirmation documents to candidates and hiring managers
  • Be the brand: Real, Responsible, Respect


What are the required qualifications of a Recruitment Interviewer?
  • Minimum of 6 months of related experience in a customer service account handling voice, chat, and email
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, written, and oral
  • Good communication skills. Good comprehension. Keen to details. Superb work ethics.
  • Prior experience in recruitment is a plus
  • Willing to work on a project-based set-up
