- Software Development: Research, Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions, ensuring they meet performance
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all software development activities and the ability to take high-level User Story and break into tasks with clear expectations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and have experience receiving guidance from more technical leadership and implementing solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- At least 3 years of experience in Software development
- Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience in production delivery of a modern web app framework (angular, react/redux, svelte)
- Production experience with modern HTTP API and RESTful concepts.
- Strong SQL language / query language skills (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL) Or any SQL equivalent language
- Have significant experience in managing ticket based work effort preferably in Azure DevOps / VSTS or any dev ops tool that uses KanBan style system
- Have capability and experience in turning a high level storyboard to a project
- Experience in handling Junior developer, code review and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Developed Web Applications (API - E-Commerce) is a plus
