As an Expert Product Manager for Bloom, Sword Health’s digital pelvic health solution for women, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the product that has already changed the lives of thousands of women across the U.S. Your mission will be to lead the expansion and refinement of Bloom's innovative, user-centric product, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that drives high patient engagement and meaningful improvements in pelvic health outcomes.
\n- Develop and execute product strategies that support business objectives and drive growth;
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch;
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development;
- Rapidly conduct product experiments and gather insights to drive continuous product iteration;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, clinical and marketing, to ensure that products meet business needs and customer requirements;
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features with full ownership based on business value and customer impact;
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, specifications, and user stories;
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes;
- Coach other PMs (junior and Intermediates).
- At least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field;

- Experience working with US B2B2C digital healthcare products;
- Experience with Looker for business and product analytics;
