Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel, including the ability to create, analyze, and present data using graphs, charts, and dashboards. This role involves managing and interpreting data to provide insights that support our operational and clinical decisions. You will work closely with our operations and management teams to ensure our data analytics align with the company’s goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to operational performance, clinical outcomes, and patient metrics.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- Develop dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to present data insights in an accessible and meaningful way for stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management and clinical teams.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop tailored reports and dashboards.
- Assist in optimizing processes by analyzing workflow data and making data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular auditing and validation procedures.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques, especially within Excel and relevant software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on using Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and dashboard creation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or radiology industry is a plus but not required.
Salary: $1300-$1500 USD/month
