As a consultant in the Strategic Consulting group of TalentNeuron, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies, driving insights, and influencing industry perspectives. You'll work in a team of consultants to identify potential solutions for a specific client workforce challenge. Together, you will help clients make lasting improvements to their strategy and talent needs and realize their most important goals. This role reports to the SVP of Strategic Consulting.
Consulting Excellence
· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, assess challenges, and develop tailored, innovative solutions.
· Execute consulting and research projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within established timelines.
· Provide strategic recommendations backed by comprehensive research, analysis, and industry expertise.
· Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
· Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
· Stay abreast of HR industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to advise clients.
· Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations.
· Maintain client opportunities and track progress through various stages of the sales and consulting cycle. Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) to manage opportunities and client interactions effectively.
Team Collaboration
· Collaborate with and support senior consultants to holistically cover client projects.
· Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams (research, commercial, and client engagement) to integrate insights into strategies, actions plans, and frameworks and related client deliverables.
· Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and thought leadership within the organization.
Qualifications
· Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a HR practitioner or in strategic talent consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. Knowledge and expertise in the use of labor market or talent analytics, evidenced by a portfolio of successful projects.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Adaptability: Agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
