Description
Location: India or worldwide with Canadian working hours. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Creatio Technical Support. You will be primarily responsible for the technical support of the project with the smooth transition to the Technical Consultant. Responsibilities: Work on the tickets. Deploy in a development environment. Inform the customer that the solution is ready for testing in developing. Get feedback from the customer regarding the ticket. Deployment in production. Configuration and implementation Qualifications Creatio CRM experience and certification. Proficiency in the office suite. Working knowledge with virtualization technologies. Working knowledge with AWS, Azure. Experience with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration technologies. Experience with source code management software such as git, SVN. Programming background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP. SQL knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres). Experience with Jira.
