We are a US company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20 countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing and the top ERP & CRM solutions, driven by our practices across many different industries.


We are currently looking for a Webmaster to become a valuable addition to our team! The Webmaster will be responsible for ensuring that our websites function smoothly, are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities: 


•Manage and maintain the company’s websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

•Monitor website traffic, performance, and capacity, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

•Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, including broken links, security vulnerabilities, and site outages.

•Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure the website content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

•Implement website updates, enhancements, and redesigns as needed.

•Manage website analytics and generate reports on website performance, user behavior, and other key metrics.

•Oversee the integration of third-party tools and services, such as CRM systems (HubSpot) e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation tools. 

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.

•5+ years of proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Developer, or similar role.

•Proficiency in web development languages and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and content management systems such as WordPress and WP Engine.

•Experience with web hosting services and server management. 

•Strong understanding of web design principles, SEO, and user experience (UX) best practices.

•Knowledge of graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 

•Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and website optimization techniques.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, including experience in Agile projects using Scrum. 

•English B2 or above is mandatory.


Preferred Qualifications:


•Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.

•Experience with domains, DNS, and other internet technology topics. 

•Certification in web development or digital marketing.
