Job Description
We are seeking a deeply technical and highly-skilled Product Manager to join our team and drive the Financial Platform’s (FinPlat) Technical Product Management Strategy within our card issuing and ledgering domains, bringing to the role a robust understanding of the intersection between platform card capabilities and transaction ledgering. The Cash App Card program is the 4th largest debit card program in the US, presenting a unique opportunity to influence and drive one of the widest-reaching card products in the market today.

Influence key stakeholders throughout Block in order to align intent, team capacity, and prioritization across the most important business priorities
Operate cross-functionally within our matrix-based organization and team structure, and build strong partnerships both within Cash App and Square Banking as you collaborate with Engineering, Financial Operations, Consumer Product and Data Science teams, to drive product development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
