The Role:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will focus on designing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to attract top-tier talent. This role merges performance marketing principles with employer branding to create innovative recruitment campaigns. You will oversee the full spectrum of marketing channels, owning key performance metrics such as application volume and campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and job boards to drive candidate applications.
Full-Spectrum Growth Marketing: Utilize B2C marketing strategies to promote job opportunities effectively across digital platforms.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns, improve funnel conversion rates, and maximize outreach impact.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external designers to produce engaging content and impactful visuals.
Brand Advocacy: Shape and promote the company’s employer brand to attract and resonate with top talent.
Content Strategy: Oversee content needs and manage external resources for design and production.
KPI Ownership: Track and report on campaign effectiveness, focusing on applications, cost-per-acquisition, and engagement rates.
Requirements
Marketing Expertise: 3–5 years of B2C performance marketing or growth marketing experience, preferably in a high-paced, autonomous environment.
Recruitment Campaign Experience: Familiarity with job platforms, digital advertising, and employer branding strategies.
Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute data-driven decisions.
Tools & Platforms: Experience with marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
Ownership & Initiative: A self-starter mindset with proven ability to build processes and deliver results independently.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
