This part time role (20 hours per week) is based with one of our fast-growing European B2B tech startup clients, specializing in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. With over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms, their team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
Create and maintain workflows, lists, and dashboards to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to drive lead generation.
Ensure consistent and accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions within HubSpot.
Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and usage.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and industry trends to continuously improve our CRM strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience managing HubSpot CRM, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, email marketing, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and financial services industry is a plus.
