This role is with a leading, venture-funded consumer company based in Germany, renowned for its international reach and commitment to sustainability in the FMCG sector. Be part of a fast-growing, young, and dynamic team driving innovation and making a global impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Influencer Partnership Development: Identify, reach out to, and negotiate partnerships with influencers across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This involves researching to find creators whose brand and audience align with the company's products or services.

  2. Sales Strategy Integration: Develop strategies that integrate influencer partnerships into the broader sales and marketing goals of the company. This could include creating affiliate programs, sponsored content, product placements, or co-branded initiatives aimed at driving sales.

  3. Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of influencers, tracking the progress from initial contact through to campaign completion. This includes maintaining a database of contacts, campaign results, and feedback for continuous improvement.

  4. Campaign Management and Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of influencer campaigns. This involves coordinating with influencers, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, and measuring campaign performance against sales goals.

  5. Market Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance. Use insights to refine strategies, report back to the business on ROI, and make data-driven decisions to drive future sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer/creator management, demonstrating a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding KPIs.

  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers and internal teams.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand metrics, and use this information to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinking to develop new marketing strategies and campaigns that align with both sales goals and influencer talents.

  • German Proficiency: Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good written and spoken English (B2)
