This role will be with a venture capital-funded start-up revolutionizing the service industry through AI-driven robotization, with a primary focus on providing full-service cleaning robots for rent.
This is a dynamic, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial role. You will be working closely with the Founders of the company – depending on performance and interpersonal relationships, this is a big opportunity to advance into a role in key account management.
Responsibilities:
Provide Support: Support in the successful establishment of the necessary organizational structures and processes (CRM, meeting structure, reporting KPIs), as well as the creation of relevant sales materials.
General Sales: Generate new sales accounts and takeover of existing accounts with clear, realistic, and transparent sales goals
Training and Development: Train, supervise, and coach other new members. Support scaling sales processes in a growth environment
Requirements:
An ideal candidate is generalist, entrepreneurial, and has strong
Interpersonal skills
Experience in B2B sales of at least 2 years with a good track record
BSc. or MSc. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, etc.
Experience with Professional CRM (e.g. Pipedrive)
