Job Description:
As an International AI Developer and Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in driving
data-driven decisions, telling stories through data, and creating scalable solutions. You
will be instrumental in four key projects: standing up our Media Monetization Reporting
Dashboard, defining and implementing necessary tracking events on our platform,
updating our Creator-facing analytics studio to make it more efficient, and conducting
fan engagement analysis to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
●Media Monetization Reporting Dashboard:
●Develop and implement a comprehensive dashboard that provides
detailed insights into our monetization funnel performance at every step.
●Aggregate and analyze data from various sources to inform strategic
decision-making and optimize revenue streams.
●Tracking Events Implementation:
●Define and implement tracking events across our platform to capture key
user interactions and behaviors.
●Ensure accurate data collection and integration with our analytics
infrastructure to enhance user engagement and platform performance.
●Creator-facing Analytics Studio:
●Update and enhance our existing analytics studio for creators, making it
more user-friendly, performant, insightful and efficient.
●Provide creators with actionable insights and tools to better understand
and monetize their audience engagement.
●General Responsibilities:
●Data Analysis and Modeling:
●Extract, clean, and analyze data from Hex, Rudderstack, Branch,
and other data sources to provide actionable insights.
●Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance user
engagement and operational efficiency.
●Software Development:
●Collaborate with the development team to integrate data solutions
within our dev stack (Knock, Clerk, Doppler, Cloudflare, Vercel,
Open AI, Neon, Upstach).
●Build and maintain data pipelines and APIs, ensuring data integrity
and accessibility.
●Implement software solutions to automate and optimize data-
related processes.
●Cross-functional Collaboration:
●Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to
understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.
●Provide technical support and guidance to ensure the seamless
implementation of data-driven features.
●Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
●Set up monitoring systems to track key performance indicators
(KPIs) and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
●Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform strategic
decision-making.
●Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
●Stay updated on the latest developments in data science and
software development, bringing new ideas and technologies to the
team.
●Continuously refine and enhance our analytics and development
processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Qualifications:
●Proven experience as a Data Scientist and Developer within the AI space, with a
strong track record of driving impactful projects.
●Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (Hex, Rudderstack, Branch) and
programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
●Experience with software development and deployment using modern dev stacks
(Knock, Clerk, Doppler, Cloudflare, Vercel, Open AI, Neon, Upstach).
●Solid understanding of database management, data warehousing, and ETL
processes.
●Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a global, remote team.
●Familiarity with project management tools (Linear), payment processing (Stripe)
and financial management tools (Brex) is a plus.
