 As a Campaign Manager at Timescale🐯, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting, nurturing, and converting potential customers into qualified leads and building excitement and engagement with technical communities. Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will help drive campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve company goals.

They must also demonstrate an exceptional, demonstrable use of an experimental mindset and business insights to drive results and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns, including paid search, display, retargeting campaigns, etc.

  • Develop campaign strategies to nurture, onboard, and retain new users.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and manage content assets.

  • Monitor and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.

  • Support the effective use of the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are utilized efficiently and effectively.

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform campaign strategies and improvements.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on lead generation or growth marketing.

  • Experience in managing paid ad campaigns, particularly on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new marketing strategies and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with database and/or cloud products.

  • Experience working with technical audiences and AI products.

  • Experience with developer channels and newsletters (ex: Hacker News, dev.to, PG Weekly).

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling marketing content.
