Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the deployments of Transact’s Cloud POS solutionManage the deployments of additional solutions as training and demand allowsDevelop familiarity with Transact’s campus payment solutionsDevelop familiarity with credit card onboarding requirements of third-party vendorsMeeting established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and moreManage the coordination of implementation consultant resources related to onsite and remote deploymentsDevelop an understanding of the key functionality and requirements of Cloud POSDevelop and manage client-facing project plans and call notes as requiredDevelop and manage client-facing milestones to align with key datesManage project timelines, resource trackers and systematic dates to ensure timely completion of deployments
Must Have Experience:
1-2 Years of industry experienceAbility to understand technical concepts related to software and hardwareBasic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to ExcelKnowledge of Smartsheet is a plusStrong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and proactive mindsetStrong time management skillsAbility to work independently with little to no supervision
Preferred Experience:
PMP CertifiedExperience working in Higher Education environmentExperience working in dining service managementExperience working with Transact Campus solutionsExperience in a client-facing project management roleLess than 10% travel domestically and Canada, as needed
