Title: Director, Client Success Manager
Location: Remote within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Director a Team of CSMs in the Higher Ed territory for Transact/CBORD clientsSales goals for Renewal, HW, and SW valuesWork with CSM leadership to align team processes and tasksWork with Sales leaders for alignments within territoriesWork with internal departments on escalations and collaboration to streamline processesTrain and on-board new CSM team membersTravel as needed to HE events, company planned events and individual client sites
Must Have Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience2+ years’ experience in sales or customer service management, preferably in Higher EdKnowledge of the HE market and payments industry Able to manage a book of business with a team of 10 and 800 accounts at any given timeMust possess good oral and written communication skills Travel: estimated 10-25%
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
