Trilogy Federal, LLC. (Trilogy) is looking for a seasoned Program Analyst with proven experience supporting the Dept. of Veterans Affairs to support the Office of Research and Development team with VA Research Studies and Clinical Trials at VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) across the United States and its territories.
Please note this position is contingent upon award (September/October 2024), and may require occasional customer site visits.
\n- Perform analysis and evaluation of healthcare program effectiveness. This includes program reviews requiring systematic ways of assessing the quality of current and future VHA programs to determine ways to improve programs.
- Measuring success, outcomes, and improvement programs. In some instances, shall assist VHA in executing program operations to meet the previously established goals and objectives.
- Provide input on the program evaluation and improvement of the organization and management of projects and programs to increase productivity/program performance.
- Partner with VA executives and staff to track and report on tasks, milestones, and risks across various organizations where integration points occur.
- Offer and use innovative solutions and a collaborative communication approach to achieve business buy-in from various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of prior experience working in a healthcare organization (e.g., hospital, health system, health insurance company, military health, etc.).
- VA or Federal Government experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, Planner, Lists & Power BI) and their features/functions.
- Effective communication skills, including meeting and large group facilitation, written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Experience with creating executive-level documentation and reports.
- Ability to interface well with end-users and senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative virtual environment.
- Meticulous consulting approach, with client service focus.
- Takes initiative, able to work independently and within a team.
- Three (3) years of proven experience in a large-scale integrated Health Care System and with substantive programs focused on Veterans health care and outreach.
