The TTEC Digital Intellectual Property Practice builds innovative services, applications, and connectors that enable fully integrated industry specific systems environments, unlocking our client’s ability to provide an exceptional customer experience (CX).
\n- Support Business Analysts with requirements gathering and solution design.
- Design and Architect both transactional and knowledge bots for chat and voice.
- Collaborate with team to architect, design, develop and support bots, models, and applications.
- Experience in ensuring the Bots / Models are developed and trained for efficacy using automation.
- Guide and mentor teammates.
- Experience with DialogFlow, NLU & NLG / LLM, ML, NodeJS, TypeScript, Python
- Experience in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
- Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
- Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
- Expertise with Natural Language Understanding (NLU), GenAI, Google Dialog Flow, and Machine Learning
- Development experience with NodeJS, Java or Python, along with SQL and NoSQL databases
- 6+ years of development experience in a related field.
- Experience with cloud services architecture: Azure, AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of contact center solutions and related technology such as Google CCAI, Cisco and Genesys desired.
- The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $120,000 to $150,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
