Description
Do you thrive when solving urgent, meaningful problems and making a difference in people's lives? We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us build industry-shaping solutions that give patients more control over their healthcare costs. If you’re passionate about making healthcare simpler and more affordable, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Turquoise, you’ll build products that make it easier for people to predict and manage healthcare costs.
Here’s what that will look like:
- Design and improve consumer-facing tools that help patients understand and plan for healthcare expenses—so they don’t have to choose between their health and their finances.
- Work with teams across the company—including design, engineering, data science and others —to inform what features to build and see them through from start to finish.
- Learn what users need by gathering and analyzing data, then use that insight to shape your product decisions.
- Measure and improve how well your products are helping users, and find ways to keep them engaged.
- Develop an understanding of healthcare to make sure the products we build are relevant and useful to patients.
- Collaborate with the broader product team to make sure everything we create works together smoothly.
Here’s what you bring to the role:
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing or B2B2C products.
- A history of building successful features—especially in a fast-moving startup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience tracking and measuring success, and using data to guide decisions.
- A passion for building delightful user experiences, with a focus on understanding user needs.
- Clear communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A strong sense of mission—you care deeply about making healthcare better.
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or fintech is a bonus!
We strongly encourage BIPOC, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ folks to apply for any open roles of interest. Building a truly diverse team is a challenge that we do not shy away from. Healthcare affects all people differently, but it significantly affects those in underserved communities. With a robust, diverse team, we are stronger and better equipped to change the future of healthcare for all.
